On the 29th of April 2015 at approximately 9:00am, Waterloo Regional Police Traffic Services were conducting speed enforcement on Homer Watson Blvd near Block Line road, Kitchener. The nearby roundabout was extremely busy with both vehicular and pedestrian traffic. A car travelling northbound on Homer Watson Blvd was observed travelling in excess of the speed limit. An 18 year old Kitchener male was arrested for stunt driving. There were two teenage passengers in the car at the time. The driver had his license suspended for seven days and the vehicle was impounded.
