(SOUTH BRUCE COUNTY, ON) – The South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is pleased to announce they are joining police officers from across North America supporting Special Olympians with the Law Enforcement Torch Run. On Wednesday May 20th, 2015 there will be 2 Law Enforcement Torch Run events in Southern Bruce County.
At 10:00 a.m., the Torch Run will start at the Quinn Plaza and run to Victoria Park in Kincardine.
At 11:00 a.m., the Torch Run athletes will be running laps around the track at the Walkerton District Community School located on Yonge Street South in Walkerton.
Supporters are encouraged to attend the planned route and cheer on the runners as they pass by.
