Barrie Police responded to a Penetang Street address regarding an intoxicated female wishing to report that her wallet had been stolen. Investigation revealed that the female was on Probation with conditions to abstain from consuming alcohol and was also wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court and failing to comply with conditions of her probation. The 48 yr old Barrie female was arrested and held pending a bail hearing.

Barrie Police received a call from Wasaga Beach OPP regarding a 43 yr old Wasaga Beach resident who was wanted on a 6 yr old warrant for failing to re-attend court and breach of recognizance. Wasaga Beach OPP transported the female to the Barrie Police station where the warrants were executed. The female was held pending a bail hearing.
