Officer Narrowly Avoids Collision – Driver Charaged

(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) – On May 18, 2015 at 4:12 p.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) on patrol along Highway 21 in Kincardine Township was forced to brake hard to avoid an oncoming Nissan Versa that was passing a line of vehicles. The Nissan was stopped and the driver, 35 year old Sindy HUMPHREY of Lebel Township, was charged with pass when roadway not clear.
