The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance identifying a female suspect in a Fraud investigation.
It is reported that:
– on Saturday, April 4, 2015, between 3 a.m. and 4 p.m., a woman attended multiple ATMs in the Toronto area
– the woman used a stolen debit card and withdrew money from the victim’s account
The woman is described as 30-35, large build, with long blonde hair.
