Owen Sound Police Services have laid charges against the vehicle driver who struck a pedestrian at the intersection of 2nd Avenue East and 9th Street East, yesterday afternoon.
A 65 year old Owen Sound woman has been charged with Failing to Yield to a Pedestrian under the Highway Traffic Act.
The 69 year old pedestrian is still recovering in hospital.
