On the 25th of May, 2015 at about 3:25pm a male attempted to break in and rob an occupant of a residence on Cedar St S in the city of Kitchener. He produced an edged weapon during the robbery attempt. He was unsuccessful and left in a car, empty handed. On the 26th of May, 2015 at about 10:40am the vehicle and male were located and he was arrested in the car on Park St in Kitchener. A search of the accused and vehicle located Heroin, Crystal Methamphetamine and Cocaine worth a total value of about $30,000. Also seized was approximately $4000 in cash. The accused, a 33 year old Kitchener man, was held for a bail hearing. Charges: Attempt Robbery, Weapons Dangerous, Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Breach Probation X4, Drive Disqualified, Possession of Proceeds of Crime, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking X3, Drive Suspend X 5
