Waterloo Regional Police are investigating an incident that occurred on the Mill Run Trail on May 26, 2015 at 10:00 am in the village of St. Jacobs. A woman reports that while walking on the trail, an unidentified male, who was riding a bicycle on the trail exposed himself. The woman left the area and contacted police to report the incident. The suspect as described as a white male with tanned skin, late 50s or early 60s, 5’3 tall. The suspect was riding an older model bike with saddlebags on the back.
