On May 30, 2015, at approximately 5:15pm, two drivers became involved in an aggressive driving incident on Victoria St N, near Ebycrest Rd in the city of Kitchener. During the altercation, one of the drivers displayed a pellet rifle, however it was not discharged. There were no injuries. Police investigated and located the suspect vehicle in the area. As a result of the investigation, a 24 year old Kitchener male was arrested and charged with Uttering Threats and Possession of a Weapon Dangerous to the Public Peace.
