(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On Saturday, July 11, 2015, at approximately 12:20 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle on Southgate Rd. 14 in the Township of Southgate. An underage passenger in the 2004 Honda Accord was found to be in possession of liquor. An 18 year old female from Palmerston, Ontario was issued a Provincial Offence Notice under the Liquor Licence Act.
