(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) – On July 19, 2015 at approximately 3:00 p.m. members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a male that was seen walking on Main Street in Palmerston, Town of Minto, in regards to an ongoing criminal investigation.
The male was placed under arrest and searched at which time police located a small quantity of methamphetamine on him.
21-year-old Dustin LUNZ has been charged with Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance – Methamphetamine contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal court on August 18, 2015 to answer to this charge and was subsequently turned over to another OPP jurisdiction in regards to an outstanding criminal matter.
