(ELDERSLIE TWP, ON) – On August 1, 2015 at 4:05 p.m., members of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting R.I.D.E. on Bruce County Road 1 in Elderslie Township when a Grey Dodge Dakota stopped. Officers discovered a quantity of illegal drugs in the vehicle. The driver, 36-year-old Kenneth POPP of Halton Hills, has been charged with possess a controlled substance. He is scheduled to appear in court on August 31, 2015 to answer to the charge.
