(ELMWOOD, ON) – On September 4, 2015 at 10:50 p.m., members of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting R.I.D.E. on Main Street in Elmwood when a Black Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck stopped. Officers noticed that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Sixty-two-year-old David WITTER of Hanover was charged with impaired driving and operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on September 28, 2015 to answer to the charge.
