DeWalt Tools Stolen During Break In

(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) – On Monday September 28, 2015, Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were called to a residential farm property just outside of Brunner where the owner reported a break-in and theft from the property.

Investigation revealed that sometime between 4 p.m. on Wednesday September 23rd and 9 a.m. on Saturday September 26th, while the homeowners were away, a suspect(s) entered the residence by means of an insecure door. The suspect(s) took tools from inside the home and gained entry into the shed behind the home from which additional tools were removed.

Stolen tools:

– DeWalt portable propane heater – yellow and black in colour

– DeWalt Vacuum 18volt, yellow and black

– DeWalt Grease Gun, 20volt with one lithium battery pack, yellow and black

– DeWalt Heavy Duty Impact Wrench 18 volt, with two batteries

– Red Steel Tool Box, containing miscellaneous wrenches and tools
