(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) – On October 11, 2015 at approximately 12:35 a.m. officers investigated a 2004 Chevrolet parked on James Street, Palmerston. Police spoke with two males and suspected marihuana was located. The males were arrested and it was also discovered that the licence plates on the vehicle were reported stolen on October 9, 2015 from a parking lot on Main Street, Palmerston. Both males were not complying with conditions placed on them from the courts and one male was not following a condition placed on him by police.
21-year-old Travis WAND of Palmerston is charged with;
Possession of Marihuana – Under 30 grams-Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (C.D.S.A.)
Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000-Criminal Code (C.C.)
Fail to Comply with Probation Order-C.C.
Fail to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking Given by Officer in Charge-C.C.
22-year-old Dustin LUNZ of Guelph is charged with;
Possession of Marihuana – Under 30 grams-C.D.S.A.
Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000-C.C.
Fail to Comply with Probation Order-C.C.
They appeared in Bail Court on October 11, 2015.
