The Hanover Police service has now re-opened 10th street between 7th Avenue and 9th Avenue in the Town of Hanover and the affected businesses and area residents are now authorized to open and resume normal activities.The Hanover Police Service understands the inconvenience that this has caused the area businesses and residents and appreciates their cooperation and patience.There is no further threat to public safety at this time.A further release will be completed once the suspect is formally charged later this afternoon.
