A 22 year old Owen Sound man received a serious laceration to his arm after breaking a window in the downtown core.
Shortly after 2:30 AM police were advised that the injured man was at a residence in the 1100 block of 3rd Avenue East. Around the same time it was reported to police that a window to the Instant Print Shop located at 817-3rd Avenue East had been broken. There was a blood trail that left the scene.
The man was taken to hospital by ambulance where he was admitted for surgery. He was issued an appearance notice for the criminal offence of mischief. He will appear in court in July.
