The Owen Sound Police Service Criminal Investigation Branch has laid charges in connection with the May 26th robbery at Mac’s Convenience Store in Owen Sound.
Just before 4:00 a.m. on May 26, 2015 a lone male had entered Mac’s Convenience Store. The masked male had threatened the store clerk and demanded money from the cash register. The male then took a quantity of cigarettes and left the store. Detectives continued the investigation and have identified the male responsible.
Ronald Alexander EBY who was already in custody on other charges was arrested this morning and charged with:
Robbery
Wearing a Disguise with Intent to Commit an Indictable Offence
Uttering Threats
EBY will appear in court today to speak to the charges.
