(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service Major Crime Unit is investigating a serious assault that occurred on Rothbury Crescent.
At 12:30 pm, on July 1st, 2015, patrol officers responded to a panic alarm call in the 0-100 block of Rothbury Crescent. On scene officers located the resident, who is wheelchair-bound, badly injured. The man, who is in his 30’s, was taken to the Ottawa Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
