Due to adverse lab results, a boil water notice has been issued to East Linton Residents.
Please use the following precautions:
Boil your water at rolling boil for at least FIVE MINUTES before using it to:
Drink
Gargle, brush your teeth or rinse dentures
Wash fruits, vegetables or other food
Make ice, juices, puddings or other mixes
Prepare baby food or formula
You may also use bottled water instead of boiled water for the above mentioned uses. Washing, bathing, showing, laundry, dishwashing can be carried out as usual.
This Boil Water Notice will be in effect until the water has been sampled and tested as free from bateria.
You will be notified when the Boil Water Notice is lifted.
