If 6 years of our screaming and ranting hasn’t gotten through to you, or the above article doesn’t have your blood boiling, we will never be able convince you to pull your head out your ass. We are not “about to hit the iceberg”, we hit it over a decade ago. It’s not all “rainbows and kittens”! It’s lead pipe, potholes, high taxes, shoes dangling from overhead lines, 3 foot weeds in the sidewalks, missing fire suppression system, closed bridge, abusive and unaccountable police, a Mayor with the “gavel of oppression”, closed pool on summer weekends……WAKE UP PEOPLE! Do you not know what a “failed State” looks like?

Those aren’t meaningless words we force our children to chant at the start of every school day. They are a pledge to protect those that need it, a reminder that we must on occasion take a stand and defend what is morally right and fair. That is part of being Canadian.
About 20,000 of you will read this before Monday’s meeting, and you probably sang our Nation Anthem with a hand on your heart. In your heart you must know what is going on is wrong. Hopefully deep down inside you there is still a faint glimmer of hope that Wingham can be saved.
You have been “standing on guard” since kindergarten. Democracy & Free Speech will be under direct attack Monday night if PickWingham.com have their way. What are you going to do? The fact is 99% of you will do absolutely nothing.

WFP has gone too far and it is obvious that they will do anything to destroy our beautiful thriving town. WFP & goons are responsible for all the businesses closing in Wingham, from Canadian Tire to the more recent Bakery. Their disrespect of North Huron’s Man Of The Year, Kelly Church, is proof they don’t respect authority or the excellent job our over worked Kelly Church does for our community.
Offering $100 to ask a question that could lead to the dismantling of the highly respected Wngham Police has to be illegal. The WFP & goons must not be allowed to enter Town Hall and disrupt the North Huron council meeting.
All PICK Wingham supporters, Town Staff & Wingham Police supporters are expected to show up to Monday night’s meeting with anti WFP placards and signs. There is a very good chance TV crews will be showing up to cover our counter-protest. Under no circumstances we will allow WFP or there goons to enter the building and disrespect our Democracy and Wingham Police.
Be prepared to lock arms and form several rows of human chains to control access to Town Hall.

If you as much as brush past one of us you try to get into Town Hall, assault charges will be filed with the Wingham Police, and will be our word against yours in court.
