Stolen Van CK15026283 On August 30, 2015 around 1:30 a.m. unknown suspect(s) stole a brown 2005 Chevy Venture Van from a residence on Canterbury Street in Chatham. Man Charged with Break and Enter CK15026272 The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man following a break and enter in Chatham. Yesterday, police received a call regarding a suspicious male party around the area of Chatham-Kent Hospice around Midnight. Upon officers arrival the male party was located in a trailer on the site, and as a result was arrested. A 52-year-old Chatham man has been charged with Break and Enter and Possession of Stolen Property, he was released with a future court date. Man Arrested on Outstanding Warrants CK15026250 The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man wanted on outstanding warrants for failing to comply with his recognizance. Just after 8pm yesterday, officers located the man on Degge Street in Chatham. The 32-year-old Chatham man was taken into custody and held pending a bail hearing. Man Charged with Liquor Offence CK15023833 On August 29, 2015 at approximately 11:30pm Police attended the area of Canal Street in Tilbury. At that time Officers received a call about a suspicious male in the area, the accused was located and found to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself. For his own safety the accused was arrested and held in custody until sober. Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) Last night, officers conducted RIDE spot checks in Tilbury, Wallaceburg, Blenheim and Dresden. A total of 140 vehicles were stopped, two road side tests were administered with no infractions.
