At approximately 9:00 pm a 4 year old Owen Sound child was at the Fall Fair. The child had boarded an amusement ride and in the process of having a restraint bar applied, had her left index finger pinched. The pinch injury resulted in the child requiring medical treatment. The incident was investigated by police and forwarded to the Technical Safety and Standards Authority.
