On September 10, 2015 at approximately 7:20 p.m. a 63 year old woman was accosted by an unknown male at the Park Street overpass/ railway tracks in the City of Kitchener. The male exposed himself to the victim and the victim fled the area. The victim subsequently sustained a broken arm during her attempt to flee. Police are have released a composite image of the suspect. He is described as a white male, approximately 20 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall, with blonde hair, no facial hair, blue eyes, a clear complexion, well groomed, and athletic build. The male was wearing black athletic pants and possibly a white baseball cap turned backwards.
