Occurrence Type: Seeking Witnesses To Vessel Collision

The Barrie Police Traffic Services is investigating a collision that occurred just after 9:00 p.m., on Kempenfelt Bay on Saturday, September 5th, 2015.
Police arrived just after 9:30 p.m., and were advised that one vessel had failed to remain at the scene.
As a result of the collision two people received non-life threatening injures and were transported to RVRHC.
Police have identified several witnesses who are providing more information as the investigation continues.

On Tuesday, September 15, 2015, police arrested a Barrie woman on an outstanding warrant.
The 32-year-old has been charged with 6 counts of fraud and 1 count of possession of property obtained by crime dating back to December 2014.
The female was released on a promise to appear and will appear in a Barrie court in October.
