A 62-year old Owen Sound male awaits a bail hearing this morning following his second arrest in 2 days.
Under conditions of probation imposed by the court and conditions imposed upon him by police, the man is prohibited from contacting a party from a previous relationship, and from consuming intoxicating substances.
On Monday night, police responded to a complaint of a disturbance on 4th Avenue East. Found in breach of his conditions, he was arrested and charged with 2 counts of breach of probation; and released from custody when sober.
On Tuesday evening police responded to the same location following a complaint that he was in a jealous fit and upsetting the household. Police arrived and took him back into custody. Charged with 2 counts of breach of probation and 2 counts of breach of an undertaking, he remains in custody pending results of his remand hearing.
