On October 23rd, 2015 at 2:48a.m., Guelph Police observed a vehicle driving in an erratic manner. Police conducted a traffic stop on Norfolk Street and spoke to the driver. As a result of this traffic stop, John MacKenzie, a 20 year old Guelph male, was arrested and charged with impaired driving and drive over 80mg.
He will appear in court on November 6th, 2015.
