On the 28th of October 2015 at approximately 07:30am a 51 year old female was travelling west bound on 2nd Avenue East in a Miller Waste vehicle. A 35 year old male was operating a Dodge Dakota pickup and was stopped on 14th Street East at 2nd Avenue East. The 35 year old male believing the Miller Waste vehicle was going to be making a right turn pulled out into the intersection driving into the side of the Miller Waste vehicle. The 35 year old male was charged with failing to yield to through traffic. There were no reported injuries.
On the 28th of October 2015 at approximately 2:00pm a 31 year old female was operating a 2002 Hyundai driving eastbound on 16th Street East while a 33 year old male was operating a 2003 Lexis and travelling west bound. The 31 year old female turned left to enter a local business and was struck by the approaching Lexis. The 31 year old female was charged with turn not in safety. There were no reported injuries.
On the 28th of October 2015 at approximately 3:40pm two vehicles were travelling west bound on 10th Street West approaching 2nd Avenue West. A 71 year old male operating a Mazda pickup stopped at the intersection of 10th Street West and 2nd Avenue West so as to not block the intersection. A 23 year old male operating a Chevrolet pickup drove into the rear of the stopped vehicle. The 71 year old driver was transported to hospital with non life threatening injuries. The 23 year old male was charged with careless driving.
