(KINCARDINE, ON) – On November 7, 2015 at 3:23 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call to report a suspected impaired driver operating a Black pick-up truck in the town of Kincardine. Officers located a Black GMC Sierra pick-up truck on Walsh Street in Kincardine and found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Thirty-one-year old Brandon OWENS of Kincardine has been charged with impaired driving and operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on January 6, 2016 to answer to the charges.
