(LUCAN BIDDULPH, ON) – On August 22, 2019 members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a suspicious vehicle on Fallon Drive, in the Municipality of Lucan Biddulph.
A concerned citizen approached the suspicious vehicle which then fled the area. The vehicle was located shortly after by police on Whalen Line, in the Municipality of Lucan Biddulph.
As a result of the police investigation, the following individuals have been charged, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CC);
Caleb GREENHOW, 23-year-old of London, Ontario has been charged with;
Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime, over $5000; and with,
Possession of a schedule I substance, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act
Kristen MURPHY, 23-year-old of London, Ontario has been charged with;
Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime, over $5000
Breach of recognizance; and with,
Possession of a schedule I substance, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act
The accused were held in custody and attended a bail hearing.
