Man Arrested on Outstanding Warrant CK15036532
On August 12, 2015 the man was released from custody for numerous driving related offences, including impaired driving.
On November 20, 2015 the man failed to attend court and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Last night, police located the man and he was apprehended. Patrick Jay McFadden, 53 years, of Victoria Avenue in Chatham was released pending a future court date of January 5, 2016.
Youths Charged with Assault CK15036484
Yesterday, police were notified of a disturbance between two male students at John McGregor Secondary School (JMSS) on Cecile Avenue in Chatham.
A 15-year-old Blenheim youth and 16-year-old Chatham youth were arrested and charged with assault. They were released to their parents pending a future court date of January 4, 2016.
Motor Vehicle Collision CK15036500
Yesterday afternoon around 2:30 p.m. police responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Industrial Park Road near Montpetit Road in Tilbury. The driver lost control of his vehicle, left the roadway and struck a hydro pole causing approximately $10,000 damage.
The driver, a 26-year-old Chatham man sustained minor injuries. He was charged with careless driving.

Last night around 5:45 p.m. police responded to a two vehicle collision on Raleigh Street near Richmond Street in Chatham.
No one was injured. Total damage was estimated at $20,000.
A 40-year-old Chatham man was charged with making a turn not in safety.
