(KINCARDINE, ON) – On January 21, 2016 at 7:20 p.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Princes Street in Kincardine stopped a Grey Honda Civic. The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Twenty-seven-year old Kale LUESCHER of Huron-Kinloss Township has been charged with operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on February 17, 2016 to answer to the charge.
