TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Owen Sound has deemed the following applications complete and will hold a public meeting on February 8, 2016 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers to consider them:
– Official Plan Amendment (OPA 6), an application to amend the City of Owen Sound Official Plan under Section 22 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended;
– Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA 18), an application to amend the Comprehensive Zoning By-law under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended;
– Draft Plan of Subdivision (42T-15501) for residential development under Section 51 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended.

Any person may attend the public meeting and make oral and/or written submissions either in support of or in opposition to the proposed applications. All submissions will form part of the public record. The agenda will be available for review at the following location: owensound.civicweb.net.
