Hit And Run In Listowel – Police Looking For Black Dodge Pickup Truck

(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) – Shortly after 1:30 a.m. on Saturday February 20, 2016, Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were called to downtown Listowel in response to a “fail to remain” collision within the intersection of Wallace Ave North and Main St.

Investigation revealed that a black Dodge pickup truck entered the above noted location and proceeded to do “doughnuts” within the intersection. The pickup truck lost control, struck a parked vehicle, collided with a light standard and nearly struck a pedestrian. The pickup truck fled the scene proceeding northbound on Wallace Ave N.

Vehicle description:

Black Dodge pickup truck (possibly a 1500 series)

Had two CB whip antennae’s attached to the box

Sustained moderate front end damage (sections of fairing missing)
