On March 2, 2015, Waterloo Regional Police arrested Christopher Lewis, 34 years, in relation to a break and enter that occurred in the North end of Waterloo in mid February. Lewis was charged with Break and Enter Commit, Possession of Stolen Property under $5000, and Trafficking of Stolen Property. Approximately $3000 worth of tools were taken during the incident involving 3 separate victims. Investigators recovered numerous stolen construction tools which will be returned to the victims in the near future. The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
