(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) – On March 3, 2016 at 6:54 p.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Highway 21 in Kincardine Township observed a Gold Chevrolet Trailblazer moving at a high rate of speed. The vehicle speed was more than 130 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone on radar. The driver, 50-year-old Mitchell MCCULLOUGH of Kincardine, was charged with race a motor vehicle. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 5, 2016 to answer to the charge.
