(CHESLEY, ON) – On March 3, 2016 at 11:40 p.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along 1st Avenue South in Chesley signalled a Silver Kia Rios to stop using the cruiser emergency lighting. The vehicle continued to a 4th Avenue south west driveway where the driver finally stopped. Officers found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Thirty-four-year old Kimberly TURNER of Arran-Elderslie Township has been charged with impaired driving, operate over 80 milligrams and flight from police. She is scheduled to appear in court on April 6, 2016 to answer to the charges.
