(NORTHERN BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – On March 2, 2016, the Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a break and enter to a private residence located on William Street, in the Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula.
The investigation revealed unknown suspect(s) entered the residence by damaging the back screen and window of the residence. Once inside, the suspect(s) searched the residence and departed through one of the rear doors. The damage is estimated at $300.00.
A similar break and enter was reported on December 29, 2015 at a residence on Moore Street. Suspect(s) entered the residence by damaging a window, stealing a 48 inch Panasonic plasma television and then departed through a front door. Estimated losses from this break and enter was over $2000.00.
On 25 November, 2015 a building located on Burma Road, Northern Bruce Peninsula was entered by damaging a rear window. Once inside, suspect(s) stole and undisclosed amount of cigarettes and a coin collection. The value of the items stolen is unknown at this time. Suspect(s) once again, departed through a front door.
