Driver Charged With Weed Readily Available

(WALKERTON, ON) – On October 16, 2019 at 1:36 a.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol stopped a vehicle on Prince Street in Walkerton. The driver, 62-year-old Jennifer HERON of Brockton, was charged for drive with cannabis readily available under the Cannabis Control Act.

A passenger in the vehicle, 34-year-old Jeffrey KRAEMER of Brockton, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance. He is scheduled to appear in court on November 13, 2019 to answer to the charge.
