(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – After an ongoing investigation, on March 15, 2016, Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) with the assistance of the Grey County Crime Unit arrested a male in connection to the theft of a Kioti tractor and a Subaru UTV that was stolen from Concession 12 in the Township of Chatsworth. The theft occurred sometime between the Spring of 2015 and October 24, 2015.
29-year old Andrew John HAUG, of the Municipality of West Grey, has been charged with several criminal offences, including:
– Break and Enter
– Theft Over $5000 (x2)
– Theft Under $5000
– Possession of Stolen Property Over $5000 (x2)
– Possession of Stolen Property Under $5000 (x2)
HAUG was held for a bail hearing on March 16, 2016. His next court appearance is scheduled for March 24, 2016 in Owen Sound.
