(MITCHELL, ON) – On October 11, 2019, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), West Perth detachment responded to the report of a theft of cheques and a fraud in Mitchell.
Through investigation officers determined that cheques had been removed from a residence and were used by another person. A person of interest was identified and was arrested.
Dylan STAFFORD, 22-years-old, of West Perth was arrested and charged with;
Theft Under $5,000
Fraud Under $5000
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on November 13, 2019 to answer the charges.
