As a result of an ongoing investigation, members of the Waterloo Regional Police Service arrested a 36 year old man from Kitchener at the intersection of Victoria Street South and Strange Street, Kitchener. The man was found in possession of a firearm and a small quantity of methamphetamine. The man was held for a bail hearing for Court related weapon breaches, possession of drugs and weapon charges.
