UPDATE – The London Police Service investigated an aggravated assault that took place in the area of Highbury Avenue and Huron Street at approximately 7:00 p.m. on Monday May 16, 2016 where a youth sustained non-life threatening injuries after he was stabbed by a male on a bicycle.
On Wednesday May 18, 2016, London Police arrested and charged a 16-year-old in relation to this incident. The individual, who cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, was charged with:
– Assault causing bodily harm, contrary to section 267(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
