On Thursday June 9th, 2016, at 10:50pm Hamilton Police were called to the area of Wilson Street and Wentworth Street North for the report of possible shots fired in a parking lot.
Upon arrival police spoke with witnesses who heard multiple males arguing followed by several pops that sounded like gunshots. Two (2) males were seen running from the area North through the parking lot. Police arrived and can confirm that there were shots fired from a handgun. It is unknown at this time who or what was the intended target but we can say that at this time there are no victims that have come forward and no known suspects.
