(TOWN OF MINTO ON) – On July 22, 2016 at approximately 12:30 p.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a missing elderly woman from Palmerston. Uniform officers commenced a search and the West Region OPP Emergency Response Team, Canine Unit and the OPP helicopter attended to further the search.
At approximately 5:00 p.m. 93-year-old Audrey WILSON of Palmerston was found deceased near her residence in a crop field.
