On Tuesday August 9, 2016 a 33 year old Owen Sound female was learning how to drive under the direction of an experienced driver. The female was west bound on 10 th Street West when she attempted a right turn onto 4 th Avenue West. The female failed to properly negotiate the turn and struck a south bound vehicle.
There were no injuries as a result of the accident but one of the vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
The female was charged under the Highway Traffic Act with making an unsafe turn.
