On August 19, 2016 at 1:47 p.m., the Guelph Police went to the Stone Road area for the report of a possible impaired driver. A traffic stop with the motor vehicle was conducted in a parking lot as the female started her vehicle. Police spoke with driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. She failed this test and was arrested.
Jeanne Cox, 60 years of Erin has been charged with care and control over 80 mg. She will appear in court on September 6, 2016.
