On the 20th of August, 2016, Halton Regional Police responded to a sexual assault complaint in Georgetown. The suspect was a door to door salesperson.
The Halton Regional Police Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit conducted an investigation into the identity of the suspect. As a result of the investigation, a Brampton man is charged with 1 count of sexual assault against an adult female. He is to appear in Milton court on September 12th, 2016.
