(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) –On August 21, 2016 at approximately 3:08 p.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a collision on Wellington Road 109 near the 1st Line, Town of Minto. Four people were taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
