(BRANT TWP, ON) – On September 19, 2016 at 12:06 a.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Side road 30 north in Brant Township stopped a Black Ford F150 pick-up truck. A quantity of illegal drugs was found inside the truck.
Twenty-eight-year old Thomas SULLIVAN of South Bruce Peninsula was charged with 2 counts of possessing a controlled substance and 3 counts of driving while under suspension. He is scheduled to appear in court on November 2, 2016 to answer to the charges.
Thirty-one-year old Carley GERLING of Owen Sound was charged with 2 counts of possessing a controlled substance and fail to comply with recognizance. She was held in custody pending the results of a show cause hearing scheduled for September 19, 2016.
